Certificate of no claim: A requirement for third-party property damage claim

A VEHICULAR accident can be a daunting experience both for the one who is at fault, although unintentionally and regretfully committed, and the wronged party, including third parties who are not directly involved in the incident. This is why vehicle owners and drivers must secure a compulsory third-party liability (CTPL) insurance (for death or bodily injuries of a third party), at the very least, or a more comprehensive car insurance (for death or bodily injuries, property damage, etc.).

Such a situation could cost a fortune as it may involve not only the damage to the properties or vehicles of those directly involved in the accident, but also to third parties.
